Rishikul Yogshala offers a foundational 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, certified by Yoga Alliance USA. This short-term course is ideal for beginners and practitioners who wish to deepen their personal practice, learn authentic yoga techniques, or begin their journey toward becoming a certified yoga teacher.

The program provides a solid introduction to Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, alignment and adjustment principles, pranayama, meditation, basic anatomy, and yoga philosophy. Under the guidance of experienced teachers, students gain essential skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of traditional yogic practices.

Held in the serene atmosphere of our Rishikesh ashram near the sacred Ganges River, the training combines theory and practice for a complete yogic experience. The course can also serve as the first module of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, allowing students to continue their certification at any time.
