Rishikul Yogshala offers an advanced and transformative 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, certified by Yoga Alliance USA. This course is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners who have already completed their 200-hour training and wish to deepen their knowledge, practice, and teaching skills.

The training provides a profound understanding of advanced Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, yoga alignment and adjustment, anatomy and physiology, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, and teaching methodology. Guided by highly experienced yoga masters, students refine their personal practice while learning how to guide others with confidence, precision, and compassion.

Set in a peaceful ashram environment by the Ganges River, the course encourages self-exploration, discipline, and spiritual growth. It also includes mantra chanting, Shatkarma (yogic cleansing), restorative practices, and workshops on yoga sequencing and assisting. Upon completion, students receive a Yoga Alliance-recognized 300-hour certification, enabling them to register as RYT 500 teachers.
