Designed for dedicated practitioners and aspiring master-level teachers, this intensive training covers Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, advanced alignment and adjustment techniques, yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology. Under the guidance of experienced yoga gurus, students refine their practice, deepen their understanding of yogic science, and gain the confidence to teach globally.

The course also integrates Shatkarma (cleansing techniques), mantra chanting, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and workshops on sequencing and therapeutic applications, ensuring a holistic and experiential learning process. Set in a traditional ashram by the sacred Ganges River, the training promotes self-discipline, mindfulness, and spiritual evolution.
