Raj Nagar Extension in Ghaziabad led 40 tracked micro-markets at +14.9%, followed by NH-24, Ghaziabad (+12.8%) and Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram (+10.4%). Bengaluru's corridors came next at 7% to 9%. Established Mumbai localities such as Chembur, Andheri West and Mulund rose less than 2%. India's official indices show a slower national picture: the RBI House Price Index rose 3.6% in the year to June 2026.
